By purchasing any product, you agree to the terms below.


2. Delivery Timelines

  • E-books: Available for download immediately upon successful payment


3. Refunds for E-Books

Due to the nature of digital goods, all sales are final except under these circumstances:

  1. Defective File or Download Failure

    • If you cannot download or open your e-book, contact us within 14 days of purchase. We will provide a working file or, if we cannot, issue a full refund.

  2. Misdescription

    • If the product you receive materially differs from the description on our Site, contact us within 14 days. We’ll either replace it with the correct product or refund you in full.

4. General Exclusions

We do not refund or replace for:

  • “Change of mind” after download or delivery.

  • Disqualifications or issues arising from your own breach of platform rules or Terms of Service.

  • Requests made after the 14-day window for e-book defects or account warranty.
